There was an odd carpentry assembly;

There was an odd carpentry assembly;

tools met to settle their differences. The hammer was the first to hold the chair, but the assembly was notified that he should resign. The cause? To much noise, and spent his time hitting.

The hammer acknowledged his guilt, but asked that the screw had been removed: we had to give many turns to serve for something.

The screw acknowledged his guilt, but in turn ordered the expulsion of the sand: it was very harsh in his dealings and always had friction with others.

The sandpaper agreed, on condition that the subway was expelled because he spent his time measuring the other, as if it were perfect.

At that entered the carpenter, put on his apron and began its work, alternately using hammer, sandpaper, metro and screw. In the end, the piece of wood had become a beautiful piece of furniture.

When the woodwork was alone again, the meeting resumed deliberation. Saw said: "Gentlemen, it has been shown to have defects, but the carpenter works with our qualities. That's what makes us valuable. So I do not think now in our weaknesses, and concentrate on our strengths." The assembly then found that the hammer was strong, united and gave the screw strength, sand wore away the rough edges and the underground was precise and accurate. It felt like a team capable of producing beautiful furniture, and their differences took a back seat.

Precisely this is what we should do in the congregation, look at the strengths of others, not criticize
