El justo [...] no tendrá miedo siquiera de malas noticias (Sal. 112:6, 7).
Los que son justos a los ojos de Jehová no pueden escapar a los efectos de las malas noticias, pero no se quedan paralizados por el miedo. “Su corazón es constante” y “no puede ser sacudido”. Miran al futuro con confianza, pues saben que el justo nuevo mundo de Dios está cerca. Y si sufren alguna desgracia en su vida, afrontan la situación mucho mejor que otros, pues se apoyan en Jehová. Él nunca los deja “tambalear”, sino que los ayuda y los fortalece para resistir las dificultades (Fili. 4:13). Los justos también tienen que soportar el odio y las mentiras de sus adversarios, pero estos no han podido acallarlos ni podrán hacerlo nunca. Al contrario, los siervos de Dios siguen efectuando con constancia la obra que Jehová les ha encomendado: predicar las buenas nuevas del Reino y hacer discípulos de aquellos que responden a su mensaje.

The righteous one . . . will not be afraid even of bad news.—Ps. 112:6, 7.
Those whom God views as righteous cannot escape the effects of bad news, but it does not paralyze them with fear. Instead, their hearts are “steadfast” and “unshakable” as they look to the future with confidence, knowing that God’s righteous new world is near. If disaster does strike, they are better able to cope with the situation because they rely on Jehovah for support. He never allows his righteous ones “to totter”—he gives help and strength to endure. (Phil. 4:13) God’s righteous ones also have to put up with the hatred and lies spread by opposers, but this has failed to silence true Christians and will continue to fail. Rather, God’s servants continue steadfast and unmovable in the work Jehovah has given them—to preach the good news of the Kingdom and to make disciples of all who respond.
