Estará en puesto alto, y ciertamente será elevado y ensalzado en gran manera (Isa. 52:13).
Debido a que su Hijo fue leal a su soberanía y fue fiel pese a las más duras pruebas, Jehová lo elevó a una posición superior. El apóstol Pedro dijo lo siguiente acerca de Jesús: “Él está a la diestra de Dios, porque siguió su camino al cielo; y ángeles y autoridades y poderes fueron sujetados a él” (1 Ped. 3:22). En 1914, Jesús fue “ensalzado en gran manera” cuando Jehová le otorgó una posición aún más elevada: el trono del Reino mesiánico (Sal. 2:6; Dan. 7:13, 14). Desde entonces, ha estado “sojuzgando en medio de [sus] enemigos” (Sal. 110:2). Primero sometió a Satanás y a sus demonios y los arrojó a la Tierra (Rev. 12:7-12). Luego, en su papel de Ciro Mayor, liberó del yugo de “Babilonia la Grande” a sus hermanos ungidos que estaban en la Tierra (Rev. 18:2; Isa. 44:28).

He will be in high station and will certainly be elevated and exalted very much.—Isa. 52:13.

In view of his Son’s loyal submission to His sovereignty and his faithfulness under the most extreme test, Jehovah elevated him. The apostle Peter wrote of Jesus: “He is at God’s right hand, for he went his way to heaven; and angels and authorities and powers were made subject to him.” (1 Pet. 3:22) In 1914, Jehovah elevated Jesus even further. He was “exalted very much” when Jehovah enthroned him as King of the Messianic Kingdom. (Ps. 2:6; Dan. 7:13, 14) Since then, Christ has gone forth “subduing in the midst of [his] enemies.” (Ps. 110:2) He first subdued Satan and his demons, hurling them down to the vicinity of the earth. (Rev. 12:7-12) Then, acting as the Greater Cyrus, Christ delivered the remnant of his anointed brothers on earth from the grip of “Babylon the Great.”—Rev. 18:2; Isa. 44:28.
