El que haya aguantado hasta el fin es el que será salvo (Mat. 24:13).
Sería un error rebajar nuestras normas morales y espirituales pensando que somos lo suficientemente fuertes como para resistir los efectos de las malas compañías, aunque esas compañías sean los personajes de películas y programas violentos e inmorales. Tenemos que protegernos a nosotros y a nuestros hijos de las dañinas influencias satánicas. Mucha gente hace todo lo posible por que su computadora no se infecte con virus informáticos que pueden destruir información, provocar fallos en el sistema o incluso adueñarse de este. ¿Deberíamos hacer menos por protegernos de “las artimañas del Diablo”? (Efe. 6:11, nota.) Todos los días tenemos que decidir de una forma u otra si haremos las cosas a la manera de Jehová. Si queremos obtener la salvación, debemos obedecerle y respetar sus justos principios. Para demostrar que nuestra fe es real, hemos de seguir el ejemplo de Jesús y ser obedientes “hasta la muerte”, si es necesario (Fili. 2:8).

He that has endured to the end is the one that will be saved.—Matt. 24:13.
It would be a mistake to lower our moral and spiritual standards, perhaps thinking that we are strong enough to resist the effects of bad association, including when that association might be in the form of violent, immoral entertainment. Instead, we must protect ourselves and our children from the corrupting influences of Satan’s spirit. Computer users take pains to prevent their equipment from becoming infected with malicious viruses that can destroy data, interfere with operation, and even take over the machine. Should we be any less vigilant in protecting ourselves from Satan’s “crafty acts”? (Eph. 6:11, ftn.) Practically every day, in some way we have to choose if we will do things Jehovah’s way or not. In order to gain salvation, we must obey God and live by his righteous principles. By following Christ’s example of obedience even “as far as death,” we show that our faith is real.—Phil. 2:8.
