Que los dichos de mi boca y la meditación de mi corazón lleguen a ser placenteros delante de ti, oh Jehová (Sal. 19:14).
No es fácil proclamar el mensaje divino, pues muchos no quieren ni oír hablar de él. Para perseverar en nuestra labor, es esencial estudiar de un modo que nos permita absorber bien el mensaje de las Escrituras. No podemos dejarlo a la casualidad; tenemos que seguir fielmente un programa. Es fundamental meditar en la lectura de la Biblia, pues así se grabarán sus verdades en el corazón. Sin lugar a dudas, todos hemos de esforzarnos por mejorar nuestro estudio personal. Otra forma de recibir espíritu santo es aplicar este consejo: “Considerémonos unos a otros para incitarnos al amor y a las obras excelentes, sin abandonar el reunirnos” (Heb. 10:24, 25). Si queremos que el espíritu santo nos guíe, hemos de hacer todo lo posible por asistir a las reuniones, escuchar con atención y poner en práctica lo que aprendemos.

Let the sayings of my mouth and the meditation of my heart become pleasurable before you, O Jehovah.—Ps. 19:14.
Today, many simply do not want to hear what the Bible says. If we are to persevere in speaking the word of God, it is important that we study the Scriptures in a manner that allows us to absorb their message fully. Regularity—not a hit-or-miss approach—should mark our study habits. How important it is that we take time to meditate on what we read, so that Bible truths sink deep down into the heart! Surely, we should strive to improve the quality of our personal study. Another way to benefit from Jehovah’s holy spirit is to “consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together.” (Heb. 10:24, 25) Exerting ourselves to be in regular attendance at Christian meetings, listening carefully, and applying what we learn are fine ways to be guided by the spirit.
